Gary Cardinal is a highly accomplished veteran with a passion for teaching and giving back to the community. He served in both the Canadian Army Infantry and the Royal Canadian Airforce providing Gary with nearly a decade of aviation and survival experience to draw upon. Throughout his military career, Gary excelled as a top candidate and was provided an opportunity to serve in Germany as part of NATO. After his time in the military, Gary turned his focus to search and rescue operations, becoming a Mission Search and Rescue operator and a Ground SAR Instructor.

At Pro Aviation, Gary brings his expertise in military operations and search and rescue to our helicopter underwater egress training program. He delivers training programs for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of training, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to be prepared for any emergency.

We are proud to have Gary on our team at Pro Aviation and are confident that our clients will greatly benefit from his knowledge and expertise.



Alex is our Emergency Underwater Breathing Apparatus (EUBA) Instructor.  In this role he prepares students for the safe deployment and use of EUBA systems which they have available to use in the event of an in-water emergency.  


He is a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Master Diver and in addition to teaching the full range of recreational PADI scuba courses, he is a Search and Rescue volunteer with Mission SAR
